Aldo has worked at the Conbipel brand for 14 years and provides deep insights into product development and consumer behaviour in the Italian market.

Lino is an all round systems and planning expert with deep expertise in tax and commercial. Before BTX IRB, Lino was CFO at SGAM and Next Group, Italy.

Jesper, based in Denmark, is the CEO of BTX Group A/S and is a key partner in driving forward Grow Capital's apparel consolidation strategy.
Before joining BTX, he held positions at Tholstrup Cheese, York Refrigeration and Danish Crown, where he built his solid leadership skills

Tim is a highly experienced and skilled finance professional. Before joining BTX, Tim worked at Bianco Footwear and Jensens Bofhus, where he successfully accomplished a successful turnaround of the business that eventually led to change in ownership of the business.

JEFF FARDELL
Highly Experienced Retail Leader and Former CEO of Conbipel (BTX IRB)
Jeff Fardell has a proven track record in the international retail industry, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility, starting with the department stores Coles/Myer, Country Road and Jeans West in his native Australia. Subsequently, Jeff worked for ten years at Nike first in Australia, then in the Netherlands and the United States. Jeff served as Managing Director of Mexx, a Liz Claiborne Group company based in the Netherlands.
ADRIE KUYPER
Highly Experienced Industry Leader
Adrie Kuyper has 30 years of experience in multiple sectors. He worked in retail chain management, operating company owned stores for Pizza Hut in the USA, Germany and the UK. He led the post-acquisition integration of iBazar into eBay across seven European countries. He was also COO of Small World Financial Services Group (4th largest money transfer company worldwide). Adrie also worked in consulting for Booz Allen, and banking for Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
